Aeolus’s forest
Aeolus is the master and ruler of the winds. However, the popular culture tends to consider him as the god of Air. Aether is one of the primordial deities and the personification of the upper air. There, the air is purer and warmer.
It is the one the gods breath, as opposed to Ær the normal air breathed by mortals and for which no deity is known. This is why Aeolus fulfils this function.
His creatures
They have the body, tail, and back legs of a lion; the head of an eagle; and an eagle's talons as its front feet. They also have lion’s ears, a powerful beak and huge and powerful wing that help them moving with grace and agility.
Pegasus is one of the best known creatures in Greek mythology. He is a winged divine stallion usually depicted as pure white in color. He was sired by Poseidon, was the brother of Chrysaor, born from the drops of Medusa's blood. He is known for his ascent to heaven after his birth and his obeisance to Zeus, who instructed him to bring lightning and thunder from Olympus.
Son of Poseidon and Medusa, Chrysaor is the brother of the winged horse Pegasus, He is was often depicted as a winged boar. He gave birth to the chimera, Cerberus and the Sphinx. However, he is sometimes said to be a giant born from the drops of Medusa's blood holding a golden sword.
The harpies are quicker than the wind, invulnerable, cackling, they eat everything in their path. They are depicted as female monsters in the form of a bird with a human face. They have sharp talons and spread an awful scent. They are said to kidnap children and the souls of dead people. Their name means "snatchers".
